If your company is interested in participating with a bid in the announcement, it requires online registration in EU Supply. It is free to register as a user in the system, and when the company once is registrated, it obtains access to all future announcements / tenders in the EU-Supply solution.
After registration, you log in at the top left corner. Then you can see the announcement material, including all questions your business must answer, and the related documents to be submitted as part of the overall bid.
PARTICIPATION:
Follow the instructions below if your company is to participate in one of University of Copenhagens announcements:
1.Log into the system and click accept. Be aware that when you press the accept, you undertake not to submit bids, but have just accepted that you have access to this material.
2.By accepting, you get access to the relevant material. You can now answer the questions asked and offers lists and attach the documents specified in the announcement.
3.Be aware that the offer must be sent via the eSourcing system CTM (EU Supply) before the deadline 2015-10-05 12:00:00. Otherwise, your offer is not eligible.
The deadline for requesting participation and offers are 2015-10-05 12:00:00 local time.
OTHER INFORMATION:
There can not be obtained additional or clarifying material, including announcement material. All correspondence between the tenderer and Univercity of Copenhagen is via the eSourcing system CTM (EU Supply).
