Dear Supplier,
The University of Southern Denmark (SDU) welcomes you to the announcement of the purchase of 34 Foam Blocks.
If your company is interested in participating in the announcement, it needs to register online in the Web-based eSourcing CTM system (EU Supply). Creating user credentials for your business in the system is free of charge, and once your business has been created as a user, it can access all of the University of Southern Denmark's tenders and announcements.
After registering, the company logs on in the top left corner. You will then be able to see the announcement documents, including all questions requiring a response from your company.
PROCESS:
This tender takes the form of an European public announcement, and the tender process is therefore implemented in a single stage.
The individual suppliers must satisfy a number of minimum requirements if their quotations are to be eligible for consideration.
Only suppliers which have submitted an compliant quotation will be evaluated.
PARTICIPATION:
If your company intends to participate in a tender of the University of Southern Denmark, you should follow the instructions below:
1.Log on to the system and click on "Accept". Please note that when you click on "Accept", you are not making any commitment to submitting a quotation. All it means is that you have accepted the right to access the documents available.
2.By accepting, you gain access to the relevant documents. You can now submit answers to the questions and attach the documents indicated in the tender.
3.Please note that the quotation must be submitted before the deadline 2017-06-06 23:30:00. Otherwise, your quotation will not be accepted by the Contracting Authority.
The deadline for submission of the quotation is 6th. June at 23:30 pmlocal time.
OTHER INFORMATION:
Additional or explanatory documents, including the documents for the announcement, cannot be purchased or ordered. All correspondence between a potential supplier and the University of Southern Denmark will take place via EU Supply.
Please note that both the University of Southern Denmark's and the supplier's actions are logged by the system.
