18/06043 - Electrical Measurements on Transformers and Reactors

The Contracting Authority wants to purchase service concerning condition assessment of up to 14 trans-formers or reactors in total. The condition assessment is comprised of different inspections and measurements, such as for example visual inspections, DGA and electrical measurements. The tender covers Electrical Measurements on selected 150kV and 132 kV transformers and reactors that Energinet wishes to assess the condition of in a certain time span. Tender must evaluate, plan, communicate, execute and complete all tasks related to: - disconnect the unit from the grid - prepare the unit for measurements - perform all measurements - return the unit onto the grid - access to the transformer or reactor Before any work is initiated, the transformer or reactor must be disconnected from the grid, separated, locked, signs posted and earthed in corporation with Control Center in Energinet. Work permit is obtained, and team manager must secure the work area. Tender must ensure the necessary personnel to the works, this including switch person, work manager and team manager.
