Dear Applicant

Banedanmark welcomes you to the tender 232114, Modernisation Project, Electrification Programme.

It is required to register on-line in EU Supply's webbased tender platform CTM if your company would like to participate in the tender proceedings. It is free of chage to register, and once the company has registered, access to all future public tenders published in EU Supply's webbased tender platform CTM is gained.

After registration access to the tender documents is possible.

 

PROCES

The Tender is carried out in two phases.

Phase 1 is the prequalification phase. This is the phase where the applicants apply for prequaification, and Banedanmark selects the applicants for the tender phase.

Phase 2 is the tender phase. The prequalified applicants submits their tenders in this phase. The phase is split into a First Negotiation Tender Phase and a Best and Final Offer Phase. Further description of the tender proceedings is in the tender documents.

 

PARTICIPATION

As applicant you must log in in EU Supply's webbased tender platform CTM. If you do not have a log-in you must register on-line. Following registration access to the tender is possible.

 

Follow these guidelines for participation:

1. Log in to the system and click "Accept" . Please note that when clicking "Accept" you are not obliged to apply for prequalification. You have mere gained access to the tender documents.

 

2. By accepting you will gain access to the tender.

 

3. Please note that the application for prequalification must be submitted before the deadline. Submission after deadline entails that Banedanmark does not receive the application.

 

The deadline for application for prequalification is 2020-03-06 14:00:00, local time.

 

In the lower left corner it is possible to find a guideline on the use of this system. 

 

SELECTION

Selection of the applicants for prequalification is made on the basis of the criteria described in the call for tender.

 

FURTHER INFORMATION

The tender documents are accessible through the menu.

 

Questions to the tender is posed through the query-module. Questions will published along with the answers in an anonymised manner to all participants.
