Banedanmark har behov for at indgå en eller flere serviceaftaler for at sikre jernbanedrift med FST- og FELB-udstyr frem til Signal Programmets udrulning. Banedanmark ønsker derfor en dialog med markedet med henblik på at afklare antallet af potentielle, egnede aktører.
