Dear Prequalification Applicant,
Banedanmark hereby welcomes you to the tender for 316369, Tender for Telecommunication network planning and documentation system.
If your company is interested in participating in the tender, it requires online registration in EU-Supply's web-based tender system CTM. It is free to register as a user in the system, and once the company has been set up, access is obtained to all tenders published in EU-Supply's web-based tender system CTM, including the future ones.
After registration, you will have access to the tender documents, including a description of the documents to be submitted with the application.
PROCESS
The tender is conducted as a negotiated procedure.
The 1st phase is the prequalification phase. Here, the applicants apply for prequalification, and then Banedanmark selects the applicants who are invited to submit tenders in 2nd phase. Applying for prequalification is done by submitting the relevant and required documents.
The 2nd phase is the actual tender phase. The prequalified tenderers submit their initial tenders at this stage. The phase can be divided into several tender rounds, where one or more negotiation tenders are submitted as well as the final tenders. Further details are given in the tender specifications.
PARTICIPATION
As a tenderer, you must log in to EU-Supply's web-based tendering system CTM. If you do not have a login, you must first register online. You will then be able to see the tender as well as Banedanmark's tender material, including a description of the associated documents that must be submitted in order to be prequalified.
Follow the instructions below when your company participates in a tender.
1. Log in to the system and click "Accept". Please note that when you press "Accept", you do not undertake to submit an application for participation, but have simply accepted that you have been given access to the application material.
2. By accepting, you get access to the current tender. You can now attach the documents that are listed.
3. Please note that the request to participate must be made before the deadline stated. After this, your request for participation will not be received by Banedanmark.
The deadline for applying for prequalification is 2023-02-15 14:00:00, local time.
In the lower left corner, under "User manuals", you can find "The Tenderer's tender management", which is a guide of how to the use of this system.
SELECTION
The companies to be prequalified will be selected on the basis of the criteria described in the contract notice.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The tender documents are available in EU-Supply under the heading "Tender documents".
Questions relating to the tender are asked via the function "Questions and Answers" in EU-Supply. The questions asked will be anonymized and sent out together with the answers to all tenderers.
Questions that do not relate to the tender and that are not to be published are asked via the "Message" function in EU-Supply. Banedanmark reserves the right to refer the tenderer to ask such questions via "Questions and Answers" function in EU-supply, if the question concerns the tender.
