The Contracting Authority is intending the procurement of Courier Services to meet its need for worldwide transport of documents and packages (with the exception of documents and parcels to and from the Netherlands), if possible through a standardized process with a setup whereby the Contracting Authority contracts one (1) Broker, who, with the assistance of multiple Commercial Couriers as subcontractors, will provide a flexible and reliable transport network with a maximum availability. The specifics of the intended setup have not yet been determined. With this Market Consultation the Contracting Authority aims to measure up to the level of interest and the possibilities and impossibilities in the current market. As such, this Market Consultation is an important source of information. The information provided by participants to the Contracting via this Market Consultation will help deciding upon the setup and the tendering process.
