Subject: Invitation to apply

 

Dear Sir/Madam,

We cordially invite you to apply for the FIN EA Northwest- and Central-European (NWCE) energy transmission infrastructure developments closed tendering process. The selection guideline including annexes for the Ministry of Finance, with reference  number 236630 and {$transaction . description}, are now available on CTM’s procurement platform.

 

Complete the questionnaire

Fill in the requested data. Use the models published on the CTM platform for this purpose. Print the declarations in colour and sign them. Next, scan the documents and upload them in ‘PDF’ or ‘Word’ format. Then submit the requested supporting documents via CTM.

 

What must you take into account?

  • Read the ‘Conditions for submitting electronic tenders’ very carefully.
  • If any requested information, documents, declarations or supporting documents are missing, we may find you to be an unsuitable applicant. The manner in which your application is further assessed is described in the selection guideline.
  • If you apply through a consortium, all consortium members must complete and sign the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD). The consortium members must jointly meet the stated requirements. One consortium member must act as contact person.
  • NOTE! Your CTM contact person/e-mail address is also the person handling the process. All correspondence relating to this process goes through that person within CTM (See ‘Tender Conditions for Electronic Tendering’ and ‘CTM Supplier’s Manual.pdf’). This is your responsibility! If the contact person is absent, you must arrange for a substitute in CTM.
  • To reduce the administrative burden, we limit the number of supporting and other documents to be submitted to a minimum in this phase. The contracting authority may always ask for official supporting documents in a later phase, or carry out a further assessment of the financial and economic standing and technical ability of the interested party or applicant. References may be verified.
  • You must complete all declarations truthfully and references you provide must be similar to the project as described in the selection guideline.
  • Requests for additional information or questions can be submitted via the CTM procurement platform under the ‘Messages’ tab, using the format for the Summary of Additional Information and Changes provided by the Contracting Authority.
  • We only deal with questions asked and applications submitted via the CTM procurement platform.

 

Deadline for applications

Applications must be in the system by 10.00 a.m. on 14/04/2020.
