Subject: invitation to tender 

 

Dear sir/ madam,

We cordially invite you to tender for the public tender for RescEU physical medical stockpile of medical equipement on behalfe of the ministery of Health, Welfare and Sport. The descriptive document is now available, with reference number 261155, through CTM tender platform.

Fill in the documents requested in the Descriptive Document. You use them models that are made available in CTM. You print the statements in color and sign them. Then scan the documents upload them in PDF of Word format in the "Additional documents"section. You then submit the requested supporting documents via CTM. 

What should you take into account:

  • Read the "conditions for submitting and electronic tender" very carefully;
  • The lack of  the requested information, documents, statements ande evidence may result in us not finding your Tender suitable. The registration must in any case meet the set requierments;
  • When registering by a consortium, all members of the consortium complete ande sign the ESPD. The members of the consortium jointly meet the set requirements. One member of the consortium acts as contactperson;
  • All statements have been completed truthfully and the reference to be submitted are comparble to the project as described in the Descriptive document;
  • Your enter one contactperson from your company within CTM who is responsible for communication with the Contracting Autority during the European Tender Process.

PAY ATTENTION: All correspondence about this quotation proces take place via CTM. (See "Tender Conditions Electronic Tender"and CTM supplier manual)

You are responsible for this for yourself. In the absence of the contactperson, you arrange for a replacement in CTM.

The deadline for submitting your tender is on February 19th at noon.
