The Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs together intend to conduct a contract award procedure for their international payment services. Therefore the Contracting Authority will hold a Market Consultation in order to: • gain an insight into the international coverage of Relevant Market Parties and/or the possible division of the Contract into lots; • improve its understanding of the market and the interest of market parties in a possible contract award procedure; and • involve market parties in the new contract award procedure at an early stage. Market Consultation benefits all parties concerned.
