With the Market Consultation, the Contracting Authority is aiming to achieve the following point(s): • to solicit feedback from potential suppliers and experts in knowledge brokering in developing countries in support of the preparation of a competitive bidding process to select parties best suitable to support learning in connection to the implementation of the Policy Framework Strengthening Civil Society. Furthermore, the aim of the Market Consultation is to: • check whether the Contract is feasible; • to ascertain what are current and future developments in the market; • check whether there are innovative solutions to a problem; • involve entrepreneurs at an early stage and interest them in the possible tender; • test our own starting points and assumptions; • gain insight into the available experience and the market offers in the field of consolidation of legislation and regulations; • get an overview of visions, suggestions and ideas of entrepreneurs; • gain insight whether the market is interested in the possible Contract; • determine which procurement strategy is most suitable.
