The reason for this second market consultation is to inform the present market about our tender approach and to gain further feedback on scope details. The scope and context of the possible Contract is: The aim of this tender is to ensure services, which must lead to a high quality facilitation of learning and knowledge management in support to the implementation of the Policy Framework Strengthening Civil Society (2021-2015). The Strengthening Civil Society learning and research programme will be implemented in phases: preparation phase, inception phase, implementation phase, evaluation phase. This assignment covers the inception and implementation phase.
