The Contracting Authority invites tenders to this request for tenders ("RFT") from economic operators ("Tenderers") for the provision of high quality analyses, data and intelligence regarding global analysis and insight on the oil and gas market and upstream industry trends. The services delivered by the Tenderer shall be accessible through a web based portal or similar and shall be existing products subscribed to by several customers today. The Tenderer is also expected to hold presentations and seminars on special topics related to global oil and gas markets and upstream industry trends upon request from the Contracting Authority.
