1900321 - Evaluering av Norges anti-korrupsjonsinnsats som del av landets utviklingspolitikk og bistand
The Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (Norad) represented by the Evaluation Department, invites to an open procedure for the purchase of consultancy services in connection with an evaluation of Norway’s anti-corruption efforts as part of its development policy and assistance., ref. id 211197:1.
Norad is using the Complete Tender Management tool (CTM) from EU Supply for this competition. The tender document with further information about the procurement is available in the CTM.
All communication and submission of the tender shall be done in the CTM. It is not allowed to submit the tender in any other ways.
All questions to the procurement can be sent via the functionality "Supplier questions and answers" or “Messages”.
When submitting a tender, a digital certificate / norwegian BankID has to be used. If a supplier does not have access to a digital certificate / norwegian BankID, the supplier can select the response “without a digital signature”, then print, sign and scan the letter of authentication. The signed letter is sent through the messaging tool to the contracting authority before the closing date/time for submissions.
NB: If a supplier revises their tender after creating the letter of authentication, it is important to print, sign and scan a new letter of authentication, again sending it through the messaging tool within the deadline. This is due to every version of a tender having a unique identity code, which must be the identical.
