1900443 - CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE PRODUCTION OF COUNTRY EVALUATION BRIEFS REGARDING INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE TO NORWEGIAN PARTNER COUNTRIES

The procurement covers one contract whereby the successful tenderer will be assigned responsibility to provide accessible and relevant knowledge about Norwegian and other donors’ development efforts in Norway’s partner countries through systematising findings from existing evaluations of development interventions. The objective is to collect, collate and systematically present, in the form of Country Evaluation Briefs (CEB), findings from existing evaluations and other documents of development interventions in five Norwegian partner countries: Colombia, Ghana, Uganda, Indonesia and Niger. Alongside each CEB, the successful tenderer shall also produce an Evaluation Portrait consisting of brief summaries of as well as electronic links to the evaluations and studies each CEB is based on. The main target group for the evaluation includes personnel in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Norad. The evaluation shall be conducted between October 2019 and June 2021, within a frame of up to 2080 consultancy hours.
