Framework agreement - consultancy services for development programs concerning REDD+ and green economy

The Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (Norad) represented by Department for Climate, Energy and Environment, Section for Climate, Forests and Green Economy, invites to an open procurement procedure for the Framework agreement - consultancy services for development programs concerning REDD+ and green economy.

The overall thematic focus of the framework agreement is related to REDD+ (Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and Forest Degradation) including land use planning, sustainable food systems and forest law enforcement. Further, green economy and low carbon development are also thematic focus areas. The framework agreement will mainly, but not exclusively, be used for consultancy services related to the Norwegian International Climate and Forest Initiative (NICFI).

 

Norad is using the Complete Tender Management tool  (CTM) from EU Supply for this competition. The tender document with further information about the procurement is available in the CTM. 

All communication and submission of the tender shall be done in the CTM. It is not allowed to submit the tender in any other ways. All questions to the procurement can be sent via the functionality "Supplier questions and answers".
