2200150 - Consultancy services for the review of the Norwegian Development programme to combat marine litter and microplastics

The RFT has ended, you cannot answer the invitation.

Mid-term review of the development program to combat marine litter and microplastics. The main purpose of the review is to provide an opportunity to learn and inform the future direction of the programme. The review will investigate if the programme is on the right path to reach its objective to prevent and significantly reduce marine litter, or if we need to make some adjustments to the portfolio. The review will also provide a basis for accountability, such as information to the public on the results of the programme. The review will provide information on progress in the programme so far towards the main programme objective (i.e. to prevent and greatly reduce the extent of marine litter from large sources in developing countries). The assignment shall be conducted between May and November. The total cost of the assignment is estimated to be up to NOK 1 200 000 VAT excl. Norad has the option to extend the contract with up to NOK 300 000 VAT excl. and the necessary timespan. The total value of the assignment can be NOK 1.5 million VAT excl. including options.
