We are pleased to welcome you to the tender for Contract for Delivery of Film Scanning System.

 


 

 

 


 

If your company is interested in participating in the tender procedure, online registration as a user in CTM (EU-Supply) is required. The registration as a user in the system is free of charge.

 


 

 

 


 

Registration as a user does not result in an obligation to apply for prequalification or to submit a tender.

 


 

 

 


 

In relation to the registration, it is essential that the necessary information concerns the relevant applicant/tenderer (legal person) regarding the specific tender procedure. There must be complete identity between the information provided with regards to the user and the information concerning the company that will be part of the tender procedure as applicant/tenderer.

 


 

 

 


 

The tender is a restricted tender and is carried out in two phases – 1) a prequalification phase and 2) a tender phase.

 


 

 

 


 

In the prequalification phase interested suppliers must first apply for prequalification. DFI intends to prequalify 5 applicants, who will be invited to the second phase of the tender (tender phase).

It is DFI’s intention to sign a contract with one supplier only.

 


 

 

 


 

The deadline for submitting the request for participation is October 11th 2016 at 12:00 local Danish time.

 


 


Please note that your request for participation cannot be received by DFI after the expiration of the deadliine.
 
 

 


 

Selection of applicants, see Contract Notice section II.2.9:

 


 

 If more suitable applicants than the fixed number (5) submit an request for prequalification, selection of applicants, who will be asked to submit a tender, will be made on the basis of a reasoned assessment where importance is attached to the economic and financial standing on the basis of the information provided in section III.1.2 and the technical and professional ability on the basis of the information provided in section III.1.3 as described below:
I) The best and most relevant technical and professional ability assessed on the basis of the applicant's references that document experience with delivery of professional film-scanner systems for use in the digital preservation of historical film archives where particular emphasis will be placed on the extent to which the reference documents deliveries of scanners able to handle special issues regarding scanning of fragile and damaged films.
II) The best economic and financial standing assessed on the basis of the applicant's turnover and solvency ratio where particular emphasis will be placed on a high and stable turnover and a high and stable solvency ratio being documented.

Questions regarding the tender must be sent through the message application in the procurement system (EU-Supply). DFI answers will accordingly be published via the procurement system.
