Supply of Plastic Sacks

Dansk Retursystem A/S welcomes you to the tender procedure regarding “Supply of Plastic Sacks”.

If your company is interested in participating in the tender procedure, it requires registration in our Web-based online procurement portal “EU-Supply”. It is free to register as a user of the procurement portal and once registration is completed your company will also have access to all future tenders which are published through this procurement portal.

After registration your company will have access to the tender documents including all questions that your company must respond to and a description of the documents to be submitted with the application for prequalification. All material relating to the tender must therefore be accessed/downloaded on this procurement portal. 

PARTICIPATION

Follow the instructions below when your company is to participate in a tender:

1. Log in to the procurement portal and click "Accept". Please note that when you click "Accept", you have not committed to submit a tender/offer but have just accepted that you have been granted access to the tender documents.

2. By accepting you will have access to the tender documents.

3. Please note that submission of tender/offer must be made before the deadline expires. After the deadline has expired you will not be able to submit your tender/offer to DRS.

The deadline for Submission of tender is March 31, 2021 at 12.00 PM (UTC+1).

In the bottom left corner, under "User guides", you can find a guide to the using of this procurement portal.

AWARD OF THE CONTRACT TO THE WINNING TENDERER                    

Award of contract to the winning tenderer will be in accordance with the criterions described in contract notice as well as in the tender conditions, which are a part of the tender documents.

FURTHER INFORMATION

The tender documents are accessible under the “Access documents” tab.  

All inquiries to DRS prior to submission of a tender must be sent to DRS via the messaging system in the procurement portal. The messaging system in the Procurement Portal works as a closed mail system, that only relates to this tender, and where the candidate can communicate with DRS.

All communication between candidates and DRS regarding this tender must be written and in English.

Questions should be written in list form with a reference to the section in the tender documents to which the question relates, and preferably including the appendix number.

DRS recommends tenderers to submit any questions as early as possible.

DRS will publish questions and answers continuously in an anonymized form on the procurement portal.
