Counting Line for a new Production Plant

Dear Applicant for Prequalification,

 

DRS invites you to the Tender 342747, Counting Line for a new Production Plant.

If your company is interested in participating in the Tender, it will require online registration in EU-Supply (CTM). It is free of charge to register as user in the system. Once you are registered you will gain full access to all tenders in EU-supply, including future tenders.

After registration you will gain access to the Tender Documents, and you will be able to submit a Prequalification Application.

 

THE TENDER PROCEDURE

The Tender Procedure is carried out in two phases:

 

1. Prequalification phase: The Candidates apply for Prequalification by submitting an Application, and DRS selects the Candidates that are invited to submit tenders in phase 2. Candidates are selected based on the criteria listed in the Tender Notice and sections 8.3.3 and 8.6 of the Tender Conditions.

 

2. Tender and negotiation phase: The prequalified Candidates (now Tenderers) are invited to submit Tenders, starting with the submission of a Preliminary Tender followed by negotiation meetings. For further information see section 9 of the Tender Conditions.

 

ORIENTATION MEETING ON 12 SEPTEMBER 2023

 

DRS will invite all Candidates to an orientation meeting expected to be held on 12 September 2023 at 10.00-12:00 AM(UTC+1).

 

The meeting will be held as a Teams meeting. 

 

At the meeting, DRS will give a presentation of the project to give the Tenderers a better overall understanding of the project and explain the requirements that must be fulfilled when submitting a Prequalification Application.

 

DRS encourages the Tenderers to have - at least - read section 8 of the Tender Conditions, which describes the Prequalification phase.

 

Candidates are requested to inform DRS whether they intend to attend the meeting and, if so, state the expected number of participants, the names of the expected participants and their job titles. DRS recommends that the Candidates are - among others - represented on the information meeting by the employee(s) that are to draft the Prequalification Application, including the ESPD document.

 

The Candidates will be able to ask questions to DRS during the meeting. However, DRS reserves the right to ask the Candidates to submit the questions in writing, cf. section 7.1. 

 

Answered questions will be uploaded anonymously to EU-Supply.

 

PARTICIPATION

 

As Tenderer you must log into EU-Supply. If you do not have a login, you must register online. After registration you will be able to submit your Prequalification Application.

 

Please follow the instructions below:

 

1.     Log into the system and click "Accept". Please note that by clicking "Accept" you are not committing yourself to submitting a Prequalification Application, but merely accepting access to the Tender Documents.

 

2.     By clicking "Accept" you gain access to the Tender.  You can now submit your Prequalification Application.

 

3.     Please note that the Prequalification Application must be submitted before the deadline. After the expiry of the deadline it will not be possible to submit your Application.

 

The deadline for submission of the Prequalification Application 2023-10-06 12:00:00, local time.
