Dear Candidate,

We hereby welcome you to the tender for PAM - Player Account Management Solution and services.

The tender is a restricted tender and is carried out in two phases 1) a prequalification phase and 2) a proposal phase. In the prequalification phase interested candidates must first apply for prequalification. Danske Spil intends to prequalify 5 candidates, who will be invited to the second phase of the tender (proposal phase) and receive the tender documents.

It is Danske Spil A/S’s intention to sign a contract with one supplier only.

 

The deadline for submitting the request for participation is Tuesday, June 23 2015 at 12 a.m. local time in Denmark.

 

Please note that your request for participation cannot be received by Danske Spil after expiration of the deadline.

 

Selection of candidates:
Selection of candidates, who will be asked to participate in the tender, will be based upon the choice of candidates who:

A) Has documented the best economic performance, cf. the contract notice section III.2.2.

B) Has demonstrated the best and most relevant references (technical capacity), cf. the contract notice section III.2.3.

B) is weighted higher than A).

 

Other information:
Supplementary or explanatory material, including documentation, cannot be obtained for the tender in this phase of the tender.

 

Questions regarding the tender must be sent through the message application in the tender system (EU-Supply). Danske Spil’s answers will accordingly be published via the tender system.
