Dear Tenderer

 

The Contracting Authority hereby invites your business to participate in this call for tenders 273832, Contract regarding payment gateway services, including related and complementary services.

 

If your business is interested in participating in the tender procedure, you must register online in the internet-based eSourcing system (EU-Supply). Registration as a user in the system is free of charge, and once the business is registered, access will be granted to all calls for tenders published in the tender system, including future calls for tenders.

 

 

PROCEDURE

The call for tenders is conducted as an open procedure and therefore only comprises one phase including both selection and bidding.

 

Participation takes place by responding to the questions in the system and by completing and submitting the relevant and required documents.

 

Only compliant tenders will be evaluated.


 

PARTICIPATION

As a tenderer, you must log in to the internet-based eSourcing system. If you do not have a login, you must first register online. You will then be able to see the call for tenders at issue and all the questions to be answered by you, plus the related documents to be submitted in order to submit tender.

 

Follow the guide below when your business is participating in a call for tender.

  1. Log in to the system and click “Accept”. Please note that when you click the “Accept” button, you do not undertake to submit an application to participate; you have merely accepted that you have gained access to the tender documents.

  2. By accepting, you will gain access to the relevant call for tenders. You will now be able to answer the questions and attach the documents requested.

  3. Please note that the submission of tender must take place within the expiry of the deadline. It will not be possible to submit tenders after the expiry of the deadline.

 

The deadline for submission of tender is 2021-08-16 10:00:00 local time.

The tender are submitted in English.


 

INFORMATION MEETINGS

Two information meetings will be held:

1. On Monday, July 19 from 14:30-16:00, which will focus on the tender procedure and how to complete a tender. Please use the link below:
