Introduction

Welcome to the DSB E-sourcing - 146061, Acquisition of electric locomotives and maintenance  

DSB hereby welcomes you to the call for tender for Acquisition of electric locomotives and maintenance services.

DSB E-sourcing system controls DSB's document and information flow in connection with the tender process. All communication and transmission of documents is via the DSB E-sourcing. You receive a message in your email inbox every time DSB transmits new information. 

If your business is interested in participating in the tender procedure, you need to register online in DSB’s internet-based eSourcing system. Registration as a user in the system is free of charge. After registration you will gain access to the tender documents, including information on how to apply for prequalification.

 

Process

The tender procedure is conducted in two main phases.

Phase 1 is the selection of applicants invited to submit tender. In phase 1, the applicants apply for selection, whereupon DSB will select the applicants invited to submit tender in phase 2.

Phase 2 is the tender and negotiation phase. In this phase, the tenderers selected will participate in a sequential process of submitting their offers and participating in negotiations before submitting af best and final offer. The procedure is further described in the Tender Conditions.

 

Participation

As a tenderer, you must log in to DSB’s internet-based eSourcing system.

Application for invitation to submit tender takes place by completing and submitting the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) prepared by DSB with the required information. You can find the ESPD (as a xml-file) in the folder “Tender Conditions”, where a guide for the completion of the ESPD is also included as Enclosure C to the Tender Conditions.

Please note that the request to participate must be submitted within the expiry of the deadline November 22nd 2016 at 1.00 pm (local time).

 

Further information

The tender documents are available under the document folder including the Tender Conditions with Enclosures, the Purchase Agreement with Schedules and Attachments and the Maintenance Agreement with Schedules and Attachments.

Questions pertaining to the call for tenders are entered using the “Message function”. Questions will be depersonalised and submitted, along with the answer, to all tenderers.
