Dear Applicant for prequalification
DSB Vedligehold A/S welcomes your company to tender for {$ transaction.id}, {$ transaction description}.
If your company is interested in participating in the tender, it requires an online registration in EU-Supply's web-based CTM delivery system. It is free to set up as a user in the system and once your company has been created, all offers published in EU-Supply's web-based procurement system CTM, including future ones, are available.
After registration you will have access to the tender documents, including all questions that your company must respond to and a description of the documents to be submitted with the application.
PROCESS
The tender will be completed in two phases.
1st phase is the prequalification phase. The applicants request for prequalification and DSB selects the applicants based on answering the questions raised in the system and submitting the relevant and required documents. The selected applicants are then invited to bid in Phase 2.
2nd phase is the offer itself. The prequalified tenderers issue their offer at this stage. The phase may be divided into several offer rounds, where one or more negotiation offers and final offers are submitted. Details of this are stated in the tender requirements.
PARTICIPATION
As a tenderer, you must log in to EU-Supply's web-based CTM delivery system. If you do not have login, you must first register online. Then you will be able to see the offer and all the questions that you have to answer as well as the accompanying documents to be submitted in order to be prequalified.
Follow the instructions below when your company is to participate in a tender.
1. Log in to the system and click "Accept". Please note that when you click "Accept", you do not commit to submitting an application, but have just accepted that you have been granted access to the application material.
2. By accepting you will have access to the current offer. You can now answer the qualification questions and attach the documents that are specified.
3. Please note that the request for participation must be made before the deadline expires. Otherwise your request for participation will not be received.
The deadline for requesting prequalification is the {$ itt.etq} local time.
In the bottom left corner, under "User guides", you can find "Bidder's Tender Manager", which is a guide to using this system.
SELECTION
The selection of the companies that will be prequalified will be based on the criteria described in the prequalification letter.

Questions about the tender itself must be submitted to DSB via the message module in EU-Supply's web-based CTM delivery system.
