Dear potentiel candidates,

 

The Contracting Entity welcomes you to the tender regarding 228925, Contract Lifecycle Management System .

 

If your company is interested in participation, i will require online registration in EU-supply´s electronic tendering system CTM. 

The registration is free of charge, and when you have registered, your company will obtain access to alle published tenders in the system. 

After the registration you will obtain access to the tender documents, including the questions/ requirements your company shall answer, and a description of the documents to be sent. 

 

PROCESS                                          

The tender procedure has to phases. 

 

Phase 1. is prequalification. 

In this phase the candidates is applying for prequalification, and the Contracting Entity select candidates, who will be encouraged to submit initial tender i phase 2.

The application for prequalification is done by, aswering, completing and submitting the ESPD  ”European Single Procurement Document”, throught the EU-supply. 

 

Phase 2. Submitting tender. 

The prequalified tenderers are encouraged to submit initial tender. 

This phase can have a number of negotiation rounds, for more decription and detailes see the tender conditions. 

 

Participation 

Follow the below guide, if your company wants to participate in the tender. 

 1. Log in to the system (EU-supply), click "Accept".  Be aware that the accept does not mean, commitment to application, it just an accept to obtain access to tender documents. 

 

2. By accepting you obtain access to the tender. And then you can read the documents, and apply for prequalification according to criterias and guidlines. 

 

3. Be aware the application for the prequalification must be done before the expiry of the deadline for prequalification. Hereafter the application can not be recieved by the contracting entity. 

 

Deadline for prequalification is:  2020-01-16 08:00:00, CET.

 

Selection 

Selection of the candidates, who will be prequalified, will be based on the criterias set in the Contract Notice.

Questions regarding tender, must be asked via "Tenderers Q&A".

Q&A will be annonymised and sent to all the candidates in the prequalification phase, and to the prequalified tenderers in the tender phase.
