DSB hereby welcomes you to the tender procedure regarding 238037, Multi-disciplinary Consultancy Services for Copenhagen Future Rail Network.

If your company is interested in participating in the prequalification, it requires online registration in EU-Supply's web-based supply system CTM. It is free to register as a user in the system.

After registration, you will have access to the tender documents. 

 

PROCESS                                          

The tender procedure will be implemented in two phases.

Phase 1 is the pre-qualification phase where candidates apply for prequalification. DSB then selects the candidates who are invited to submit tenders in Phase 2.

Phase 2 is the tender procedure and begins with pre-qualified candidates submitting their first Indicative Offer (INDO1). This phase may be divided into several tender rounds where one or more Indicative Offers are to be submitted. After the conclusion of the negotiations, the tenderers are expected to submit their Best and Final offer (BAFO). The BAFO is subject to the evaluation by DSB using the contract award criteria set out in the Appendix C Tender Evaluation.

 

PARTICIPATION 

As a candidate, you must log into EU-Supply's web-based supply system CTM. If you do not have a login, you must first register online. Then you will be able to see the tender documents.  

Follow the instructions below if your company wants to participate in the tender procedure.  

 

1. Log into the system and click "Accept". Please note that when you press "Accept", you are not bound to submit an application for participation, but merely accept that you have been granted access to the tender material. 

 

2. By accepting you gain access to the tender documents. You can now answer the qualification questions and attach Consortium Declaration and/or Support Declaration if relevant, cf. the Contract Notice.

 

3. Please note that the request for participation must be made before the deadline. After this, your request for participation will not be received by DSB. 

 

The pre-qualification deadline is 2020-06-04 09:00:00, CET.

 

SELECTION

The companies that will be prequalified will be selected on the basis of the criteria described in the Contract Notice. 

 

MORE INFORMATION 

Questions relating to the tender are asked via the “Questions and Answers”. Questions will be anonymized and sent along with the answer to all candidates.

Questions that do not relate to the tender and which are not wanted to be published are asked via "Message". DSB reserves the right to direct the candidates to ask the questions via the “Questions and Answers” if they regard the tender.
