The overall purpose of this tender is ensuring the delivery of a “DOT SMS Tickets solution as a service” to DOT I/S, including the following: - A sales platform for DOT SMS tickets - A back-office web solution for processing customer inquiries (refunds, etc.) - Receipt solution for customers - Support for optical scanning of tickets via other solutions such as DSB's and Movia's existing control equipment (delivery may include documentation, reference implementations or similar) - Service Desk 24/7 - Operations and maintenance 24/7
