Introduction
Welcome to the DSB E-sourcing - 288477, Upholstery Services
DSB E-sourcing system controls DSB's document and information flow in connection with i.a. tendering and contract award.
All communication and transmission of documents is via the DSB E-sourcing.
You receive a message in your email inbox every time DSB transmits new information.
You must subsequently answer some questions for the entry in DSB's qualification system. In the question sections where the spare parts are divided into sub spare part areas - its important that you attach documents that proof your capabilities.
For the sake of good order, it is emphasised that the sole purpose of the qualification is to enable the selection of the company as a tenderer.
The DSB qualification has been divide into two (Nordic and Non-Nordic suppliers) due to the system performance of EU-supply.com. The two qualification questionnaires are similar and suppliers will only have to participate in one.
When DSB must establish new framework contracts or put out to tender individual tasks a limited number of qualified tenderers are selected. This ensures a fair competition. Consequently, the qualification does not automatically provide access to participating in tenders as a tenderer.
We must point out that, if you are answering "yes" can deliver spare parts and/or repairs/re-building within a category, it must be underpinned by reference to a website or attached documents that demonstrate your products, ability and skills. You may not upload the catalogue directory in the system due to system performance.
Companies will continuously be recorded on the system, there is no deadline for the DSB's receipt of your request for admission. However, companies which are not included in the scheme cannot be selected to tender for contracts being subject to the scheme.
Companies wishing to join the system can expect a feedback within 4-6 weeks.
In case you have technical problems or questions to the system, please contact our supplier EU Supply Tel: +46 8 545 532 88 or use the attached Quick Guide to E-sourcing.
