LED Light Solution - Supply of LED Light Solution for DSB Train Fleet and optionally spare parts
Dear Candidate,
We are pleased to invite you to participate in our tender for LED Light Solution for DSB Train Fleet, optionally with relating spare parts.
This tender entails 5 train types, whereas currently 4 of train types are options, as the acquiring of the LED light solutions for the remaining 4 train types are scheduled later in 2024-2026. For further information, cf. Appendix 1- Technical Specifications and Sub-appendix 1a - Lighting Overview.
Please read the tender documents thoroughly and follow the instructions and procedures, hence you can be accepted as a prequalified candidate. The deadline for applying for the prequalification is 13th March, 13:00, cf. Tender specifications and Appendix I - Timeframe and Deadlines. We will qualify 3 candidates for the further tender proces.
Please ensure all communication will be via this EU-Supply platform in relation to the tender terms.
We will invite interested applicants for a tender preparation meeting, informing about the prequalification and tender proces. The introduction meeting is a Micorsoft Teams meeting on 24th February from 14:00 - 15:00. Please send a notification in EU-Supply to confirm your participation with and e-mail adress of the relevant participants no later then 23rd February, 17:00.
