Dear Applicant for prequalification

 

the Contracting entity hereby welcomed the tender at 327242, Contract for a SaaS Solution of an Inventory Management Solution.

 

If your company is interested in participating in the tender, it requires online registration in EU-Supply's web-based tender system CTM. It is free to register as a user in the system, and once the company has been created, access is gained to all tenders published in EU-Supply's web-based tendering system CTM, including future ones.

 

After registration, you get access to the tender material, including all questions that your company must answer as well as a description of the documents that must be submitted with the application.

 

PROCESS                                          

 

The tender is carried out in two phases.

 

1. 1st phase is the prequalification phase. Here, the applicants request pre-qualification, and the Contracting Authority then selects the applicants who are invited to submit offers in phase 2. Applications for pre-qualification are made by answering the questions in the system and submitting the relevant and required documents.

 

2. The 2nd phase is the tender itself. The pre-qualified tenderers submit their offers in this phase. The phase can be divided into several bidding rounds, where one or more negotiation offers and final offers are submitted. A more detailed description of this can be found in the tender conditions.

 

PARTICIPATION

 

As a tenderer, you must log in to EU-Supply's web-based tendering system CTM. If you do not have a login, you must first register online. You will then be able to see the tender and all the questions that you must answer, as well as the associated documents that must be submitted in order to be prequalified.

 

Follow the instructions below when your company must participate in a tender.

 

1.     Log in to the system and click "Accept". Please note that when you press "Accept", you are not committing yourself to submitting an application for participation, but have simply accepted that you have been given access to the application material.

 

2.     By accepting, you gain access to the current offer. You can now answer the qualification questions and attach the documents indicated.

 

3.     Please note that the request for participation must be made before the deadline. After this, your request for participation will not be received by the contracting authority.

SELECTION

 

The selection of the companies that will be prequalified will be based on the criteria described in the tender notice.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 

The tender material is available under the heading "See tender documents".

 

Questions relating to the tender can be asked via "Tenderer Questions and Answers". Questions will be anonymised and sent out together with the answer to all bidders.

 

Questions that do not relate to the tender and that do not want to be published are asked via "Message". The ordering party reserves the right to direct the tenderer to ask such questions via "Tenderer Questions and Answers", if the question relates to the tender.
