Dear applicant for invitation to submit tender,
Thank you for showing interest in the Copenhagen Future S-network program and the Rolling Stock tender at hand. Over the last years, DSB has been planning the transformation of the Copenhagen S-bane into a modern mass transit system based on GoA4, Unattended Train Operations (UTO). Part of the transformation is the procurement of a fleet of new automated trainsets, including maintenance of the trainsets which is subject to this tender. More information about the tender procedure can be found in the document TC.000 (Descriptive Document).
This tender is a re issue of the tender published by contract notice 2023/S 095-293430 which was cancelled because the tender has not resulted in a sufficiently broad field of competition. The tender material in this retender is identical to the tender material published by contract notice 2023/S 095-293430 with the following exception:
Minimum requirement (C) concerning economic and financial standing has been adjusted in this retender compared to the tender published by contract notice 2023/S 095-293430.
