DSS ønsker å inngå rammeavtale om kjøp av utstyr som benyttes til ulike produksjoner innen film, TV og scene samt installasjonsarbeid og konsulentbistand knyttet til planlegging, prosjektering, testing og bruk av utstyret. Utstyret gjelder både lyd- og bildeproduksjon.
