Climate-KIC is one of the five Knowledge and Innovation Communities (KICs) created by the Europe-an Institute of Innovation and Technology with a mission to increase European sustainable growth and competitiveness by reinforcing the innovation capacity of the EU. Climate-KIC focuses on the topics of climate change mitigation and adaptation (www.climate-kic.org). Online education team at Climate-KIC has developed a learning platform Innovation Primer (learn- ing.climate-kic.org), with an ambition to position this platform as the preferred learning hub in the cli-mate theme. We are continuously engaged in creating new learning materials in collaboration with a variety of partners, among others UNEP and Global Reporting Initiative. DTU intends to enter into a Framework Agreement with several providers (between 3 and 5). The Specific contracts under the Framework Agreement will be awarded by reopening the competition be-tween the economic operators under the Framework Agreement. Procedures for reopening the com-petition and awarding specific contracts are described in Appendices 3 to 3b. The tender will be evaluated against the award criteria “the most economically advantageous tender” The estimated value of the framework agreement is EUR 1.000.000 per year.
