Expression of interests are invitited for the supply of 128613, HPC-nodes for DTU Compute
If your company is interested in participating in this procurement, you will have to register with EU-Supply. Registration is free of charge and once your company is registered you can access all procurements in the EU-Supply system.
After registering you will log in and you will be able to see the tender material including all questions that must be answered and all documents. All questions and documents will have to be completed to enable sending in an offer.
Participation:
Follow the guidelines below, when your company wishes to participate in a procurement from DTU:
1. Log in and accept the invitation. Please note that when you accept, you are NOT obliged to send an offer, but only accept that you have access to the procurement material and documents.
2. By accepting you will gain access to the procurement material. Now you can answer the questions and complete any tender lists and other documents relevant for the procurement.
3. Please note that all offers must be sent via eSourcing system CTM (EU-Supply) before the deadline 2015-11-09 12:00:00. If the deadline is not complied with your tender will not be taken into consideration.
Choosing of participants:
DTU will choose the Participants in accordance with the information given in the Contract Notice section III.2) Conditions for participation.
Request for participation is due 2015-11-09 12:00:00 local time.
Other information:
There won't be access to any further information or supplementary documents. All correspondance between DTU and the participant must happen via EU-Supply.
Please note that both DTU's and the Participants' activities will be logged in the system.
