If your company is not registered in EU-Supply, please register via the online registration in the EU- Supply system, top left in this window. Then log in to EU-Supply to get access to the tender material, including the “Supplier question and answer” and “Message” feature, and to have the possibility to submit your material. It is free to register as a user in the system, and once the company is registered the company profile can be re- sed for future tenders in EU-Supply
Since the ESPD is an XML file, it is not possible to open it and read like and Word or Excel file. The XML file has to be uploaded to the European Commission’s ESPD database for it to be opened and filled out. Please follow the guideline located in the folder "01 Prequalification material" after loggin in to EU-Supply.
