Dear Tenderers,

Energinet has on the basis of the applications received to participate in the above 206510, Gas Transmission Pipeline Components for Baltic Pipe identified the companies to be prequalified to bid in the tender-round. 

Your company is invited to submit bid in accordance with this invitation letter. Please note that your company will receive an individual message on which lot(s) you have been prequalified to bid.

Tender-specific information:

• All questions from a potential bidder to Energinet regarding this tender must be conducted via EU-Supply (Question and Answer-feature) unless otherwise indicated in the tender material.
• Answers to questions regarding content and process will be published in EU-Supply in an anonymous form visible to all invited bidders. 
• Please note that both Energinet and the bidders’ actions are logged in the system.
• Bids must be submitted through this system (unless otherwise specified in the tender documents), and before the tender deadline expires. It will not be possible to submit bids after the deadline. 
• The deadline for submitting bids is 2019-03-26 12:00:00 Danish local time.

Participation:
Follow these instructions in order to participate in this Energinet tender:

1. Log into the system and click accept. Be aware that when you press “accept”, you do not commit to submiting a bid, but have just accepted that you have been given access to the tender material. 
2. By accepting, you get access to the tender material. You can now compile and submit a bid in accordance with the requirements in the tender material. 
3. Be aware that the bid must be submitted before the deadline 2019-03-26 12:00:00 Danish local time. Otherwise, your bid will not be accepted by Energinet.
