Rammeaftale for konsulenter til Nordic RSC’s ServiceNow løsning - systemudvikling, vedligehold, integrationer og support. Energinet ønsker at indgå en 4-årig aftale angående ServiceNow (eller hermed tilsvarende) omfattende: Systemudvikling, vedligehold, integrationer og support og ad-hoc-tilpasninger af den eksisterende løsning samt implementering af nye moduler over de næste 4 år med mulighed for forlængelse af rammeaftalen til i alt 8 år.
