Dear Tenderers,

Energinet is hereby inviting you to participate in the tender process of 295553, Framework Agreement on purchase and renovation of Gas Turbine Meters  

Your company is invited to submit an application (ESPD) for prequalification in accordance with this invitation letter.
The ESPD means European Single Procurement Document - an EU term for an application in a single document with all needed information.

Tender-specific information:

  • All questions from a potential Applicant to Energinet regarding this tender must be conducted via EU-Supply (Question and Answer-feature).
  • Answers to questions regarding content and process will be published in EU-Supply in an anonymous form visible to all invited bidders. 
  • Please note that both Energinet and the Applicants' actions are logged in the system.
  • Applications (ESPDs) must be submitted through this system and before the tender deadline expires. It will not be possible to submit applications (ESPDs) after the deadline. 
  • The deadline for submitting applications (ESPDs) is 2022-05-04 12:00:00 Danish local time.

Participation:
Follow these instructions in order to participate in this Energinet tender:

  1. Log into the system and click accept. Be aware that when you press “accept”, you do not commit to submiting an application (ESPD), but have just accepted that you have been given access to the tender material. 
  2. You can now compile and submit an application (ESPD) in accordance with the requirements in the Contract Notice. 
  3. Be aware that the application (ESPD) must be submitted before the deadline 2022-05-04 12:00:00 Danish local time. Otherwise, your application (ESPD) will not be accepted by Energinet.
