Dear Applicant for Prequalification

 

The Buyer hereby invites to participation in the Tender 207021, Tender for Maintenance and Repair Services for Biomethane Injection Compressors.

 

If your company is interested in participating in the tender, you are required to register online in EU-Supply's web-based procurement system CTM.

 

It is free to set up a user in the system. Once your company is set up, access is provided to all offers published in the EU-Supply's web-based procurement system CTM.

 

After registration you will have access to the tender documents, including all questions that your company must answer and a description of the documents that must be submitted with the tender.

 

PROCESS

 

The offering is carried out in two phases.

 

The first phase is the prequalification phase. Here, the applicants request to be prequalified, and the Buyer then selects the candidates to be invited to submit tenders in phase 2. Application for prequalification is done by answering the questions raised in the system and submitting the relevant and required documents.

 

The second phase is the tender itself. The prequalified tenderers will submit their offer during this phase including responses to the requirement specifications. The phase can be divided into several bidding rounds, where one or more negotiating and offers are made prior to the final offer. Please refer to the tender condition document.

 

PARTICIPATION

 

As a bidder, you must use the EU-Supply's web-based supply system CTM.

 

Follow the instructions below when your company participates in the tender.

 

1. Log in to the system and click on "Accept". Please note that when you press "Accept", you do not undertake to submit an application but you have accepted that you have accesse to the tender material.

 

2. By accepting you will have access to the current tender. You can now answer the requirement specification and attach other documents related to the tender.

 

3. Please note that the request for participation must be made before the deadline. Any response after the deadline will not be received by the Buyer.

 

The deadline for requesting prequalification is the 2019-04-25 12:00:00,time.

SELECTION

 

The selection of the Tenderers that will be prequalified will be based on the criteria described in the contract notice.

 

MORE INFORMATION

 

The tender documents are available under the heading "See tender documents".

 

Questions relating to the offer are made via the “Questions and Answers”. Questions will be anonymised and distributed along with the answer to all the Tenderers.

 

Questions that do not relate to the offer and which are not to be published are made via "Message". The contracting party reserves the right to refer the tenderer to ask such questions via "Questions and Answers", if the question concerns the offer.
