22/5899 - Arkitekt- og prosjekteringstenester til forprosjekt Sande skule

Sunnfjord kommunens sin intensjon i denne konkurransen er å knytte til seg ein aktør med rett kompetanse og erfaring for gjennomføring av forprosjekt til Sande skule. Intensjonen til forprosjektet er å finne best mogeleg løysing for rehabilitering og eventuelt utbygging av Sande skule innanfor gitt økonomisk råme. Oppdraget skal resultere i utarbeiding av dokumentasjon som skal brukast som anbodsgrunnlag for totalentreprise. Forventa dokumentasjonsleveranse til anbodsgrunnlag er nærmare omtalt i eiget avsnitt. I forprosjektet skal gjennomførast prosjektering av konsept-, designløysing for Sande skule i henhold til skulens sitt arealbehov. Det skal takast omsyn til eksisterande tekniske anlegg og eksisterande opparbeidd uteareal ved utarbeiding av nye løysningar slik at overgangen mellom nytt og eksisterande anlegg tilpassast best mogeleg. Forprosjektet skal finne best mogeleg total løysing med omsyn og vurdering tatt til økonomi, framtidig drift og vedlikehald, livsløpskostnader, brukarperspektiv, berekraftsperspektiv og tilpassing til eksisterande tekniske anlegg.
