IVAR IKS skal anlegge ny hovedvannledning fra Langevatn vannbehandlingsanlegg i Gjesdal kommune til Tjensvoll styringsbasseng i Stavanger. Dette skal trygge vannforsyningen i området, og dekke behovet for anslått befolkningsvekst i årene framover. Ledningen har en total lengde på ca. 34 km, og vil gå gjennom kommunene Gjesdal, Time, Klepp, Sandnes, Sola og Stavanger.

Dette konkurransegrunnlaget gjelder entreprise E5, grovhullsboring gjennom Bærheimsfjellet, Kjerrberget og fra tunnel til Tjensvoll høydebasseng.
