Joint Movement & Transportation Organization (JMTO) thanks DFDS for the application to
participate in the tender for Chartering of Vessels for JMTO ARK Project and for submitting
INDO 1 during August 2020. JMTO is grateful that you have taken the time and effort to
apply.
JMTO is pleased to announce that you are invited to submit an INDO 2.
Tenderers are expressly made aware that JMTO reserves the right to regard the INDO 2
as a best and final offer (BAFO) and to close the tender procedure and award the Contract
on the basis of the submitted INDO 2, i.e. without conducting any negotiations. When
submitting the INDO 2, please state specifically if DFDS can not accept this procedure.
The tender documents for the INDO 1 phase shall also apply for the INDO 2 phase, unless
changes by JMTO on basis of the negotiations. The following documents are changed or

Deadline for submission of the offer
The offer must be submitted electronically through the the electronic tendering system no
later than:
1st of October 2020 at hrs local time 13:00
Offers received after this deadline will not be taken into consideration.
The offer cannot be submitted by any other means than through the electronic tendering system as described above.
The offer is submitted when uploaded and concluded to the electronic tendering system.
After the offer is uploaded and/or concluded, it is possible for the tenderer to change the content of the offer until the deadline for submission of the offer.
JMTO will not have access to the submitted offer until after expiry of the deadline for sub-mission of the offer.
The INDO shall be in the language(s) stated in the Contract Notice section IV.3.6 (Danish or English).
The tenderer must keep his offer open for a period of 3 months after the deadline. The tenderer may only submit one INDO2.
The conditions of this tender are described in detail in the Instructions to Tenderers which should be read carefully by the tenderer.
