16/4062 - Nytt Sola Rådhus

Konkurransen består av gjenstående prosjektering og komplett oppføring av nytt rådhus, parkeringsanlegg og tilhørende utomhusanlegg. Fløy B av eksisterende rådhus skal totalrehabiliteres og inngå som en del av det nye rådhuset. Øvrige deler av eksisterende rådhus inklusiv teknisk rom på tak fløy B skal rives. Utomhusanlegg består av Rådhusplassen mot nord, del av nye Rådhusvegen samt Byparken i syd. Under Rådhusplassen skal det etableres et nytt offentlig parkeringsanlegg med plass til 162 biler.
