Haugesund kommune skal rehabilitere Vardafjell Helsehus. Bygget er fra slutten av 1980-tallet og inneholder 34 beboerrom. Bygget oppført medringmur og gulv på grunn. Yttervegger er isolerte stålstendervegger med liggende kledning utvendig og gips innvendig. Denne delentreprisen gjelder automatikk.
