Hellesøy kai skal utvikles innenfor rammene av gjeldende reguleringsplan. Området som skal prosjekteres og bygges er; buss-snuplass tilkomst til og selve parkeringsplassen ved bedehus, vei m/ fortau fra og med krysset ved butikken til kai. Prosjektet omfatter alle arbeider inkludert tekniske installasjoner og nytt teknisk bygg.
