2017/5846 - Study on environmental and health effects of HFO refrigerants

The objective of the project is threefold. It should provide (1) a study on HFOs substances that will probably be used worldwide as refrigerants in the future and their related emissions, atmospheric dispersion, degradation and deposition of subsequent degradation products (2) a study on environmental and health effects of HFOs and degradation products, (3) a risk assessment of how future use of HFOs worldwide and subsequent emissions would affect the environment globally.
