17/4191 - 17/4191 Rammeavtale for rådgivende tjenester

Formålet med anskaffelsen er å sikre Kunden tilgang til rådgivere med riktig kompetanse, til riktig pris, når Kunden har behov for det. Behovet for rådgivende tjenester er i hovedsak hos Kundens enheter bygg og eiendom, teknisk drift og planseksjonen i forbindelse med deres aktiviteter for blant annet å utbygge, vedlikeholde og videreutvikle kommunens eiendommer og infrastruktur. Kunden ønsker å dele opp anskaffelsen i to type avtaler. For det første vil Kunden inngå rammeavtaler med Leverandører som har kompetanse til å gjennomføre oppdrag som omfatter flere fagområder innen rådgivende tjenester (Rammeavtaletype 1). Videre vil Kunden inngå rammeavtaler med Leverandører som er spesialister på enkelte fagområder innen rådgivende tjenester (Rammeavtaletype 2). En nærmere beskrivelse av disse to avtaletypene fremgår av punkt 2.3 nedenfor. Leverandørene kan inngi tilbud på en eller flere rammeavtaler. Kunden har de tre siste årene gjennomsnittlig benyttet ca. kr 23.000.000 på rådgivende tjenester pr år.
