Det skal bygges et tilbygg i to etasjer til eksisterende sjukeheim og eksisterende bygningsmasse skal renoveres og ombygges. Etter tilbygg og ombygging vil bygningsmassen inneholde 30 sykehjemsplasser, legesenter, og kontorer for heimebasert omsorg, helsestasjon, psykiatri og fysioterapi med tilhørende fellesfunksjoner og utearealer
