The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a contract with one professional supplier encompassing the delivery of a technical solution, operation of a cloud-based ticketing sales system and the collection, analysis and strategic application of customer data (a CRM solution). Det Norske Teatret is looking for an innovative and knowledgeable partner capable of delivering an “off the shelf” dynamic ticketing system that meets the needs of a constant developing market.
