IRMAT AS skal gå til anskaffelse av bioposer og plastsekker til innsamling av avfall fra husholdningene. Bioposene skal brukes til innsamling av matavfall. En type plastsekker skal brukes til innsamling av plastemballasje, og en annen type plastsekk skal brukes til levering av restavfall til gjenvinningsstasjoner.
